What is Promotion MERHABA?
You will receive 100 TL discount with the promo code MERHABA exclusive for your first rental after your membership gets approved. But you will need to enter this code to the "Promo Code" field when you're about to start your first rental. You first have to get your membership approved to be eligible for the discount. This promotion will be valid only for your first rental in either GetirDrive or MOOV on your Getir or BiTaksi app. The promotion is only valid for your first rental and any promo code not used for a first rental will be deactivated.
 
Pricing?

Per-minute basis rental fees vary according to the brand, model and gear options of the vehicles. You can see the per-minute fee, daily usage fee and mileage exceedance fees, and Advantage Pack prices under the All MOOV Vehicles title on the vehicle cards on the map. Pricing/pack usage starts automatically 15 minutes after you click the Pay with Credit Card button or when you open the doors of the vehicle.

What is mid-payment?

The system automatically takes payment from the registered credit card, the invoice is sent to the registered e-mail address when the rental period reaches 4 hours. Automatic payment is taken every 4 hours. For rentals less than 4 hours, the amount at the time of termination of the rental is charged to the selected credit card. When mid-payments cannot be received, we will alert you with notifications. In cases where payment is not received by adding a new card, the vehicle can be intervened remotely as soon as we are sure of its security.

Prices

In all vehicles 250 KM usage right is included for every minute of use. KM excess fee is 2.99 TL for 0 KM packages and 3.45 TL for other packages. In the same way, when the KM right included in the purchased period is exceeded in the Hourly/Daily Packages, an overage fee per km is applied. In addition, when the time purchased in advantage pack is exceeded, the rental continues uninterrupted at the standard minute price of the vehicle used.

How does MOOVER use the ISPARK?
As of February 7, 2022, our ISPARK usage process has changed. MOOVERs, which start their rental in ISPARKs will pay the parking fee and get the c code for a discount of 10% more than the amount you paid for the carpark fee.

How?  When leaving İSPARK with MOOV vehicle, make your payment and get your receipt. When you come to the end of your rental, you will see an "Ispark Parking Receipt" tab in the area where you will upload 4 angle photos. Upload the ISPARK receipt to this section. Within 1 day, we will send you 10% more of the amount you paid for the carpark fee as a coupon code to your registered e-mail address. Your coupon code will be valid for 3 months. Remember, cash payments are not accepted at ISPARKs.

What exactly is MOOV?
MOOV is a free float car rental service that you can rent per minute or daily. With this digital service you don’t have to go to rental offices, just find the closest car on the app, grab it and rent it as much as you need. You can use it how long you want and you can drop it wherever and whenever you want including our service area.
 
How do I MOOV?
MOOV is fully a digital application. You can complete your membership and contract procedure online. Choose the closest available car on the app and MOOV whenever you want. After you choose the car, click to the “Pay with Credit Card” button and the car is all yours! 15 minutes is free, for you to go and reach the car and unlock the doors. And for the keys? It’s in the glovebox of the car you unlocked! When you want to drop the car, just park it where the next driver can reach easily. And leave the car clean. You can lock the doors via the app. You must drop the car in an area convenient for the next MOOVER. Otherwise, traffic tickets can be issued for incorrect parking. Or non-use costs can occur.
 
Who can MOOV?
You must be 19 years of age or older according to our general rental conditions. In addition, you must have had your driver’s license for at least one year and your citizen ID (TCKN for Turkish citizens) must be written on it. Anyone who meets the criteria mentioned can MOOV.

What is a daily rental ?
Great advantage in daily use at MOOV! For rentals that pass 10 hours, payment automatically turns into the daily fee and you won’t have to pay for the remaining 14 hours. On top of that you get 250 KM for your 10 hours of use. For uses more than 250 KM, standard KM surpass fee is charged.
 
What are the Hourly/Daily Packages?
Hourly/Daily packages; These are advantageous prepaid packs for users whose plans are more or less certain. Packages include time and specified KM right. At the beginning of the rental, the payment is taken and the invoice is issued. Toll roads, HGS/OGS, traffic fines are not included. What happens if you exceed the duration, the KM? The excess amounts are calculated over the standard 1 minute usage fee and the KM excess cost of the vehicle you use and are invoiced at the end of the rental. If you have to cancel your rental with the Hourly/Daily package after you start it; There is no fee for cancellations made within 5 minutes, but for cancellations longer than 5 minutes, you do not have the chance to cancel free of charge and you pay for the pack in full.
 
How does 0 KM Packages work?
In the 0 KM packages, the fees that you see are the duration with added insurance. For every 1 KM you use you will pay 2.6 TL including fuel. For example, you picked the manuel shift Renault Clio 1 day 0 KM package and used 100 KM. For 1 day you pay 360 TL + 260 TL for KM (fuel included) and end your rental. On top of that your 80 TL insurance fee is included to the final cost.
 
Are there any offers or promotions on MOOV?
To begin, please remember to enter the promotion code "MERHABA" when renting for the first time. With this code, you can save 100 TL on your first rental. You can use your other campaign codes on the "Order Summary" page right before you start your rental by typing them in the "Add Coupon" section. MOOV promotions are only valid for the period of the rental. Any additional kilometers that may be charged are not included.
 
Featured Car - Leaving At The Washing Point Task
You can recognize featured cars by the asterisk from the round icons you see on the map.

First, tap on the “Contracted Car Wash Spots” icon that you see on the left side of the map in the application. Check the car wash spots where you plan to terminate your rental. Then start your rental as usual.

Terminate your rental of this featured car within the 200-meter radius of the contracted car wash to instantly get 30 TL discount. You can tell that you have come within the 200-meter radius from the orange lines shown on the map.

After you terminate your rental, we'll send you another discount code of 40 TL, which will be valid for 30 days.

Featured Car – Walking Discount
You can recognize featured cars from the round icons with a star you see on the map.

All you have to do to get this featured car’s gift is to start your rental of this car with Walking feature and drive it as usual.

Your 15 TL discount will be reflected deducted when you’re terminating your rental.

You can combine this discount with other promotions and discounts.
 
Featured Car – Fulling Gas
You can recognize featured cars from the round icons with a star you see on the map.

All you have to do to get this featured car’s gift is to stop by any Petrol Ofisi station during your rental and fill the tank free of charge with vehicle identification system. Your 25 TL discount will be reflected deducted when you’re terminating your rental.

Remember, not every car with low fuel is a featured car. You can recognize featured cars by their star icon.

Featured Car - Charge Point
You can recognize featured cars from the round icons with a star you see on the map.

First, tap on the “Charging Stations” icon that you see on the left side of the map in the application. Check the charging station where you plan to terminate your rental. Then start your rental as usual.

Terminate your rental of this featured car within the 200-meter radius of the contracted car wash to instantly get 20 TL discount. You can tell that you have come within the 200-meter radius from the orange lines shown on the map. Note that these featured cars are only available in Izmir.

You can combine this discount with other promotions and discounts.
 
Fuel
All MOOV cars have a vehicle identification system installed. You can visit any Petrol Ofisi station in Turkey, fuel up without paying after stating that you have vehicle identification system installed, and enjoy saying the words "Fill up the tank!". Just remember that you will have to cover the fee yourself if you choose to refuel at another station.
 
Do I need to make reservation before renting?
No reservation is needed in MOOV. All cars of your choice are available for you until the end of renting period.
 
What is the Advanced Radar feature for?
You can select the transmission type, how long you can walk to reach the car and the duration you need the car for. You just mark your choices in the tool we developed for you.
 
Filter
You can filter what type of vehicle you want to rent on the map using the filtering feature in the submenu on the main page. As the number of vehicles in the system increases inevitably, you can easily filter the vehicles that correspond to your preference.
 
Is there a time limit for using MOOV?
You pay the daily rental tariff even if you rent a car more than 10 hours. So even if you MOOV for 24 hours, you pay only the 10 hour price. The km exceeding fee is calculated according to the km exceeding data. In addition, we frequently launch daily rental campaigns. We strongly recommend you follow our Campaigns page.
 
What are the working hours of the call center?
MOOV Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, we have detailed FAQ page for your questions
 
Can someone else use the car I rent?
Only the registered user renting the car is allowed to use the car. Otherwise, the user shall bear the responsibility for any damage. The insurance will also be terminated in such case.
 
Can I bring my pet along?
You can have your pet with you only if they travel in a suitable travel compartment or cage. Our little friend can cause minor accidents in the absence of such cases or cages. If the car gets dirty because of presence of a pet, thorough cleaning fee will be taken from the user.
 
What is a Service Area?
These are areas where MOOVERs can start and end their rentals in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. You can view the map of the Service Area from the menu.You can see our Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir service area in black frame. You have to start/end your rental in these regions. Also you can travel between 3 cities and finish your rental as you wish in another. If you say I will travel all over Turkey, we wish you a good trip and expect you to end your rental within the service area.
 
Can I use my rental car outside the Service Areas?
Of course you can. However, you can only end your rental within the service areas. You are also covered by our insurance outside the service areas.
 
Can I cancel my rental process?
You have 5 minutes to cancel for free after pressing the payment button. If you do not cancel within this period, the rental will have started and the minute fee will be charged to you. The same applies to purchased time packs. For cancellations exceeding 5 minutes, the pack fee is charged.
 
Is there a kilometer limit in the cars?
Of course, there is no KM limit for MOOV usage. We've gift you a 250 KM for your per-minute rental! When the free 250 KM is reached, the mileage overage fee on the vehicle cards comes into play. Advantage packs are divided into two as KM and 0 KM packs. The KM specified in the packs with KM is included in the pack price of the right, in case of excess, it is charged over the KM excess of that vehicle. The price you will see in 0 KM packages is only the time cost. It is calculated with the price per KM in the pack description, and is invoiced at the end of the rental.
 
What should I do if I forget my stuff inside the car?
That’s why we show you a control list while you are completing the rental process. We don’t want your belongings to be lost or damaged. We do our best to remind you about your stuff. However, lost belongings is not the responsibility of us. Call us: 444 98 59

How do I pay?
You can pay with credit card and virtual card. Debit cards are not accepted.
 
Invoice
Invoices will sent to the registered e-mail address at the end of your rental. If there is any other payment related with HGS/OGS pass, traffic ticket, any damage incurred their documents issued in addition to their invoices will be sent to the registered e-mail address at the end of the renting period.
 
Payment Method
You can create a payment method by adding a credit card and an address. You can add a new address and a billing address to the current credit card or to your previously registered card. You can separate your payments according to their purpose by naming the payment methods. For example, you can name one payment method Personal covering your personal expenses and one payment method Business covering your corporate expenses. You can create as many payment methods as you wish
 
How can I use paid roads, who pays?
MOOV Cars have HGS (Fast- Track system). You can pass across the tollhouse with MOOV. In this case you should use HGS lane , not OGS (Auto-Pass System) lane. The transit pass you will make shall be collected from the credit card along with the service fee following the MOOV. Thus, you just MOOV it.
 
I have rented a car. Do I have to pay the traffic ticket issued to the license plate?
If you violate the traffic rules, we pay the related fine. Then we charge you the traffic fine payment along with the service fee
 
What is provision?
Provision refers to the hold placed on your credit card and that varies according to the make and model of the vehicle for by-the-minute rentals and hourly packages.

In daily pack, the provision fee; it is calculated over the pack duration and the price per minute, which varies depending on the make and model of the vehicle.

When your rental ends, we cancel it immediately. However, at the end of the day, the cancellation process is fully reflected on your card within the scope of your bank's cancellation policy.

MEMBERSHIP

 
How can I be a member?
You can be a member through a totally free, online process! We want you to upload a photo of your driver’s license which has your citizen number on it. If your driver’s license doesn’t include your citizen number, you have to renew your driving licence before your membership. For the last step, you have to record a 10 seconds long selfie video telling you accept the contract. You are finished with the membership procedure after the approval process. While you shoot the video, wait 1-2 seconds at the beginning of the video before you start talking. Thus, we can hear your voice more clearly. You should not wear accessories such as hats and glasses so that we can see the face clearly.
 
Can I MOOV with my driver's license from abroad?
In addition to the photo of your driver’s license, you have to upload a photo of your passport.
 
Can I MOOV as soon as I download the app?
You can start MOOVing after you complete digital membership and our system checks approval. System checks take 6 hours on the average. We respond to you within 6 hours at the latest.

CLEANING

 
What does cleaning cover in MOOV?
It is very important for us to keep our vehicles clean. Since MOOV vehicles serve many MOOVERs throughout the day, our mats can get dusty. This may not always require intervention. We will send our field team the vehicle for inspection in line with your feedback.
 
How often are MOOV vehicles cleaned?
We determine the cleaning schedule of our vehicles in accordance with the specific number of uses and also according to your feedback.
 
Is smoking restricted in the cars?
Yes. No smoking is allowed in the cars. Since MOOV is a sharing tool, we consider all MOOVERs. We respect law, and thus we introduced restriction for smoking. If we notice a case, we issue a warning and charge an amount.
 
What should I do if I come across a dirty vehicle?
In such a case, send the images to [email protected] e-mail address at the beginning of the rental so that we can make the necessary inspections. If you don’t inform us about the dirt in the car, you may pay a detailed cleaning price. Because the next MOOVER can notify us about the dirt and it can cost an extra amount for you. It is very important that you share such cases with us on time.
 
In which cases is the detailed cleaning fee reflected?
If there is unhygienic condition that prevents us from travelling peacefully in our shared vehicles, we have to charge the detailed cleaning price. Intense smell of cigarettes and ash, dirt and stains in the areas where we need to touch and spilled liquids are a few examples. It is invoiced as 1000 TL + VAT.

DAMAGE AND INSURANCE PROCESSES

 
Are the cars insured?
All vehicles registered in the MOOV system are insured. MOOV takes out the Compulsory Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance, and the comprehensive Catastrophic Vehicle Insurance, which includes Optional Financial Liability, Personal Injury, and E.F.S.L.R.C.M.T. (Earthquake, Flood, Strike, Lockout, Riot, Civil Commotion, Malicious Acts, Acts of Terror) coverages, with the limits and scope of coverage determined by MOOV. In the event of damages and accidents, if all the documents are complete and the driver is at no fault (0 fault) according to police-gendarmerie report or IIMC PCI (Insurance Information and Monitoring Center - Policy and Claims Inquiry) result, the user will not be charged any costs. As a result of the Accident Report, the Law Enforcement Offices Report, the Eyepiece Report and the Statement of Testimony, the MOOV user has a defect rate (such as 50%-75%-100%) and up to 3000 TL Damage Management Fee is reflected. Damage Management fee includes expenses such as loss of rent of the vehicle and use of a tow truck. In cases such as drunk driving and leaving the scene of accident, all damage costs and Damage Management Fee are reflected to the user.
 
What should I do in cases where the damage involves one party?
In damages up to TL 600 involving a single party, you will need to take photos of the incident, upload the images to the MOOV app with relevant description, and call 444 98 59, enter 1 and report the incident. If the damages exceed TL 600, you will need to deliver the originals of the accident report, blood alcohol report and detailed accident photos in full within maximum 2 business days to the auto repair shop that MOOV will indicate. If you are able to compile all necessary documentation while the vehicle is still with you, you can place these documents in the glove compartment. If you meet all these requirements and you are not found to be at fault (0 fault), you will not be charged any cost. In cases where the parties reach an agreement regardless of the amount of the damage, you will need to fill out an accident report on the scene with the vehicles involved in the accident, and place it in the glove compartment together with your driving license and the other party’s documents (driving license, registration, traffic insurance policy) and send the detailed accident photos to us. If the parties do not agree or the accident involves injuries, the police will need to arrive at the incident scene. Then, you will need to deliver the originals of the accident report and blood alcohol report, and the copies of other documents, including driving license, registration, traffic insurance policy and the detailed accident photos in full within maximum 2 business days to the auto repair shop that MOOV will indicate. You will also need to call 444 98 59, enter 1, and report the incident. If you meet all these requirements and you are not found to be at fault (0 fault), you will not be charged any cost. PARKING

 
Where can I park?
You should park the MOOV cars in a place where they cannot be damaged or towed. It is always one of the main tasks of a MOOVER to pick a place where the MOOV will be easily accessible for the person after you. If you leave the car parked in a parking lot, the parking fee will be covered by you. If the car stays in the parking lot for a long time the cost may be a little bit more so, we warn you on that and only to expect you to fulfill your responsibility on your part. So what does a MOOVER do to get a MOOV car from a paid parking area? They pay the fee, send the photo of the receipt to [email protected], and we refund the parking fee they paid there. If the next MOOVER can not reach the parking lot or can not take the car out from a private site parking lot or a complex that you parked the car before, we must invoice the parking penalty fee to you.
 
How does MOOVER use the ISPARK?
As of February 7, 2022, our ISPARK usage process has changed. MOOVERs, which start their rental in ISPARKs will pay the parking fee and get the c code for a discount of 10% more than the amount you paid for the carpark fee.

How?  When leaving İSPARK with MOOV vehicle, make your payment and get your receipt. When you come to the end of your rental, you will see an "Ispark Parking Receipt" tab in the area where you will upload 4 angle photos. Upload the ISPARK receipt to this section. Within 1 day, we will send you 10% more of the amount you paid for the carpark fee as a coupon code to your registered e-mail address. Your coupon code will be valid for 3 months. Remember, cash payments are not accepted at ISPARKs.

 
How to use İzelman Parking Lots?
All open parking lots, parking garage and roadside Izelamn car parks are free of charge for MOOV users whether they are within our Izmir service area or not. Underground parking lots are not covered by free use due to the limited internet access. Alsancak Full Automatic Parking Space cannot be used by the MOOV cars.

AIRPORT PASSENGERS

 
Sabiha Gökçen Airport Arriving Passenger - Picking Up a Car
Starting from 15.12.2021, Sabiha Gökçen Airport will be unavailable to the service area. You can use the Sabiha Gökçen İSPARK P+R Parking Lot for free where you can reach in 5 minutes by using the free shuttles.

Choose the vehicle which is available in the İSPARK through the MOOV application.

After exiting through the Departing Passenger floor (2nd floor), get to the parking lot in 5 minutes by taking the shuttle car with the İSPARK Parking Lot logo on it.

When leaving İSPARK with your vehicle, make your payment and get your receipt. When you come to the end of your rental, you will see an "Ispark Parking Receipt" tab in the area where you will upload 4 angle photos. Upload the ISPARK receipt to this section. Within 1 day, we will send you 10% more of the amount you paid as a campaign code. Remember, cash payments are not accepted at ISPARKs.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport Departing Passenger - Leaving a Car
Sabiha Gökçen Airport will no longer be inside the service area as of 12/15/2021. You can use the Sabiha Gökçen İSPARK P+R Parking Lot for free parking with your MOOV vehicle, and then use the free shuttles that leave every 15 minutes on weekdays and 10 minutes on weekends to reach the airport from the parking lot.

It is important for us that you leave the receipt you received at the İspark parking lot entrance in a visible place in front of the gear in the vehicle. We would like to remind you that the barriers will not open automatically.

Afterwards, you can terminate your rental as usual and leave the car park without any payment. You can get to the airport by riding the free shuttle in 5 minutes .

When picking up a car at the İstanbul Airport
Choose an available vehicle that you want through the application. The vehicle of your choice will be waiting in the Rent-a-Car Park (R) Floor - Vehicle Pick Up Red Parking Lot, which you can get with the directions at the parking lot entrance. You can easily find its location on the Rent a Car (R) Floor with the previous user’s descriptions and the photo of the vehicle on the app. After renting the vehicle, the barriers at the exit of the parking lot will open automatically. If it does not, you can ask for help by pressing the button with the phone icon on the machine from which the parking ticket is taken and stating that you would like to exit with a MOOV vehicle.
 
When leaving a car at the İstanbul Airport
You can get to the Red Parking Lot by following the “Rent a Car (R) Floor - Vehicle Pick Up” signs right after you pass through the main entrance gate of the airport. Since the license plates of our vehicles are already defined in the system, the barriers at the entrance of the parking lot will be opened automatically.If it does not, you can ask for help by pressing the button with the phone icon on the machine from which the parking ticket is taken and stating that you would like to exit with a GetirDrive vehicle.Afterward, you can drop off your rental vehicle at the Red Parking Lot on Rent a Car (R) Floor.

It is crucial for MOOV and the next user that you type in the description and photo of the parking area where you have left the vehicle, including the parking lot color and column number.
 
When picking up a car at the İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport
Choose the car that is available from the app. Your car will be waiting for you on the Rent a Car / Car Rental floor. You can find your car’s location easily using Get Directions feature in the app. We kindly ask you to pay the parking fee at the exit of the airport parking lot and send the photo of the parking payment receipt and your bank account number (IBAN) to [email protected] mail address.
 
When leaving a car at the İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport
After you enter the airport proceed to the Domestic Flights and end your rental at the Rent a Car parking lot. Don’t forget to end your rental at the Rent a Car parking lot. Make sure you leave the receipt you took to a visible place in the car before you exit. That is all, have a safe flight!
 
When picking up a car at the Esenboğa Airport
Choose the vehicle that is available and most suitable for you through the application. Call 0312 398 0105 or 0312 398 01 06 for the free shuttle that will take you to the ESB car park. Exit the G exit of the airport and walk towards the Ankara sign on the right. Get to the parking lot in a short time by taking the shuttle car with the ESB Parking Lot logo on it. When leaving the parking lot, you can exit free of charge by giving the receipt in the vehicle to the parking attendant. If you can't find a receipt in the vehicle, just say MOOV vehicle to the officer.
 
When leaving a car at the Esenboğa Airport
After you get to the ESB car park which is a minute away from Ankara Esenboğa Airport, you can press the button to get a parking ticket and enter. You can park D5 slots exclusively reserved for MOOV and finish your booking. You can get to the airport by riding the free shuttle.ESB car park usages are free for MOOVERs. Don’t forget to put the parking ticket on the console where the gearshift is located so the next user can exit easily.
